Nickel Plate

Stellanox Steel supplies high-performance Nickel Rods made from premium grades like Nickel 200 (UNS N02200) and Nickel 201 (UNS N02201). These rods are engineered for exceptional resistance to corrosive environments, excellent electrical conductivity, and high thermal stability. Used across chemical processing, marine, electronics, nuclear, aerospace, and battery industries, nickel rods are ideal for machining, fabrication, and high-strength electrical applications.

Available in multiple diameters, lengths, and surface finishes, our nickel rods are offered in both annealed and cold-worked conditions.

What are Nickel Rods?

Nickel Rods are solid cylindrical bars of pure nickel offering excellent ductility, corrosion resistance, and magnetostrictive properties. These rods are highly suitable for high-temperature components, electrical terminals, chemical reactor connectors, and marine fasteners.

Nickel 200 is used for its superior corrosion resistance and conductivity, while Nickel 201, with lower carbon content, is preferred for thermal processing and welded parts.
