Copper Strip

Stellanox Steel offers high-performance Copper Strips manufactured with exceptional dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and electrical conductivity. Engineered using pure and alloyed copper grades such as C11000 (ETP Copper), C12200 (DHP Copper), and C10100 (Oxygen-Free Copper), our copper strips are widely used in electrical systems, transformers, switchgear, busbars, connectors, earthing systems, and architectural applications.

Available in custom widths, thicknesses, and coiled or flat formats, copper strips are ideal for industries where thermal/electrical performance, formability, and reliability are paramount.

What are Copper Strips?

Copper Strips are flat, narrow, rolled copper products with superior conductivity and corrosion resistance. These strips are commonly used in electrical and thermal transfer systems, often serving as busbars, shunts, windings, and grounding links. They are also valued in roofing, automotive, and electronic component manufacturing due to their flexibility, strength, and weldability.

Our copper strips are produced with tight tolerances, deburring, and optional insulation or tin coating upon request.

Frequently Asked Questions

Explore our FAQs for insights on materials, customization, and delivery.
What’s the difference between copper strip and copper coil?
Strips are flat and used in defined lengths or widths, whereas coils are continuous wound formats of the same material, ideal for automated feeding systems.
Can copper strips be used for earthing systems?
Yes. C11000 copper strips are widely used in earthing and grounding applications due to their high conductivity and corrosion resistance.
Are tinned copper strips available?
Yes. We supply tinned copper strips for enhanced solderability and protection against oxidation in humid environments.
What edge finishes are offered?
You can choose from mill, slit, square, rounded, or deburred edge finishes depending on your forming or safety needs.
