Inconel Tube

Precision-grade Inconel tubes designed to endure high temperatures, mechanical strain, and corrosive conditions are produced and supplied by Stellanox Steel. These tubes, which are made of high-performance nickel-based alloys such as Inconel 600, 625, 718, and X-750, are intended for use in heat exchanger systems, high-temperature fluid transfer, and critical pressure applications in the nuclear, petrochemical, maritime, and aerospace sectors.

Our Inconel tubes satisfy the strictest international standards and are offered in seamless, welded, coiled, and U-bend configurations.

What are Inconel Tubes?

Inconel tubes are hollow, cylindrical metal objects derived from superalloys based on nickel and chromium. These tubes work particularly effectively in procedures that include a lot of chemicals, intense heat, and high pressure. Inconel tubing is used in nuclear reactors, jet engines, heat exchangers, and chemical reactors where failure is not an option because of its remarkable resistance to oxidation, crevice corrosion, and stress rupture.

Frequently Asked Questions

Explore our FAQs for insights on materials, customization, and delivery.
What is the difference between Inconel tube and Inconel pipe?
Inconel tubes are specified by outer diameter and wall thickness and are used for precision applications, while pipes are measured by nominal bore and used for volume-based fluid transport.
Which grade of Inconel tube is best for seawater systems?
Inconel 625 is ideal for marine applications due to its excellent resistance to chlorides and seawater corrosion.
Are Inconel tubes suitable for heat exchangers?
Yes. Inconel tubes are widely used in shell-and-tube heat exchangers for high-temperature and corrosive media.
Can Inconel tubes be coiled or bent?
Yes. Seamless Inconel tubes, especially in annealed condition, can be bent or coiled for condensers, evaporators, and custom assemblies.
