Titanium Pipe Fittings

At Stellanox Steel, we supply precision-engineered Titanium Pipe Fittings that offer superior corrosion resistance, lightweight strength, and exceptional performance in the harshest chemical and marine environments. Whether you’re working on a subsea pipeline, a chemical processing unit, or a pharmaceutical installation, our titanium fittings provide long-lasting, leak-proof connections.

Manufactured from commercially pure and alloyed titanium grades, our fittings meet international standards and are available in a wide range of sizes, types, and configurations to suit diverse project requirements.

What are Titanium Fittings?

Titanium Pipe Fittings are components used to connect sections of titanium piping systems. These fittings are known for their incredible corrosion resistance, high strength-to-weight ratio, and excellent mechanical integrity, especially in environments exposed to chlorides, seawater, acids, and oxidizing agents.

Available in grades like Grade 2 (commercially pure), Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), and Grade 7 (for extreme corrosion protection), titanium fittings are extensively used in chemical plants, desalination units, nuclear reactors, marine systems, and aerospace fuel lines.

Frequently Asked Questions

Explore our FAQs for insights on materials, customization, and delivery.
What grade of titanium is most used for pipe fittings?
Grade 2 is most commonly used for its excellent corrosion resistance and weldability. Grade 5 is used when high strength is required.
Are titanium fittings suitable for seawater applications?
Yes. Titanium is virtually immune to corrosion by seawater and is ideal for marine and desalination applications.
Can titanium fittings be used with stainless steel piping?
It’s not recommended due to galvanic corrosion risks. Titanium should be used with compatible materials, preferably other titanium grades.
Are titanium fittings pressure-rated?
Yes. Depending on the class (150#, 300#, 600#, etc.) and design, titanium fittings can handle both high pressure and temperature.
