Titanium Plate

Titanium plates of the highest calibre are produced and supplied by Stellanox Steel for use in structural and industrial applications that require strength, resistance to corrosion, and low weight. Performance, accuracy, and durability are critical factors in the aerospace, chemical processing, maritime, defence, power generation, and medical industries, all of which make extensive use of our titanium plates.

Our titanium plates are suited for both structural and pressure service, and they come in a range of grades, thicknesses, and finishes that satisfy international requirements.

What are Titanium Plates?

Commercially pure or alloyed titanium is used to make titanium plates, which are flat-rolled metal sheets. They are distinguished by their remarkable fatigue and temperature stability, high strength-to-weight ratio, and great resistance to corrosion.

When producing components that need to be chemically resilient, impact resistant, and dimensionally stable, titanium plates are perfect. For biomedical applications, common grades are Grade 2 (CP titanium), Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V), Grade 7, and Grade 23 (ELI).
